Today Steve breathed a sigh of relief. After the success of fitting the solar panel on Wednesday, he continued with the fitting of the holding tank [see below]Lots of extra pipework, not to mention holes cut in the deck [for the pump out fitting], and the bulkheads [for the pipework, and then last but not least, the 5 holes required for the fitting of the Blakes seacock.

Steve went a bit overboard with the sikaflex, however better too much than not enough. With the sea cock fitted, there was a sense of relief. May even have a day off tomorrow before making a start on the galley freshwater hand pump.

Hmm, All this came out of the cockpit locker and somehow needs to go back in, or find a new home somewhere else on board.
The arrival of the cockpit cushions was a bit of light relief this afternoon, and we indulged in a short daydream of sitting in the sun in a few weeks time, drinking a beer of course.
